About Me
Hello, my name is Nicholas Kobe, a journalist from Indian Trail, North Carolina. I attend Ohio University, in Athens Ohio, and will graduate in Spring 2026, with my B.S. in Journalism as part of Ohio University's Honors Tutorial College. I will also receive my minors in Classical Civilization and History as well a certificate in social media.
Aside from the academics, I am an Eagle Scout, as well has having a deep history with Martial Arts (Black Sash in Kung Fu, and 3+ years of Rapier Combat with the Society for Creative Anachronism). I also play guitar and bass.
My career has largely focused on music and culture journalism, and I aspire to continue covering high profile events, interviewing great artists, and most importantly sharing stories about the world around us.
